UNIFORM

The school uniform gives the student a sense of belonging and a special identity. Students should always be in complete school uniform on all working days and whenever required to be in the school premises.

NURSERY

(Baby Nursery, LKG, UKG)

Boys: Blue half pants with cream striped shirt, a blue tie, white socks with stripes and black shoes. House colour uniform on Wednesdays and white uniform on Saturdays.

Girls: Blue frock, white socks with blue stripes and black shoes. House colour uniform on Wednesdays and White uniform on Saturdays.

CLASSES I – VI

Boys: Blue half pants with cream striped shirt, a blue tie, white socks with stripes and black shoes House colour uniform on Wednesdays and white uniform on Saturdays.

Girls: Blue skirt pinafore with cream striped shirt, blue tie, white socks with blue stripes and black shoes. House colour uniform on Wednesdays and white uniform on Saturdays.

CLASSES VII – X

Boys: Blue trousers, striped shirt with blue tie, White socks with blue stripes and black shoes. House colour uniform on Wednesdays and white uniform on Saturdays.

Girls: Salwar Kameez , white socks with blue stripes and black shoes. House colour uniform on Wednesdays and white uniform on Saturdays.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Parents play an important role in the successful functioning of the school. The parents are requested to go through the prospectus and homework diary carefully and advise their wards to adhere to the rules and regulations of the institution and co-operate in the smooth functioning of the school.
  • Please ensure your child attends school regularly, completes all assignments, participates in all school activities and devotes adequate time for reading of daily lessons.
  • Every student must carry the homework diary to school every day. The homework diary is the mode of communication between the parent and the school. Kindly check and sign your child’s homework diary every day.
  • Attendance on last working day before school vacation and re-opening day of every academic session is compulsory. Students who fail to be present will have to pay a fine. Hence parents are advised against extending the period of vacation.
  • If you criticize your child’s teacher or the school in his/her presence, he/she will lose respect for the teacher and consequently cease to learn from them. If you have a genuine concern please meet the Principal or communicate with her in writing with your name. Anonymous letters will not be entertained.
  • Parents wishing to withdraw their child from the school at the end of the year must inform the Principal in writing on or before 10th March of the academic year. Otherwise I term fee has to be paid for the next academic year.
  • Whole hearted co-operation and support of all parents is sought in all activities of the school to ensure effective discipline and to develop the school into a centre of excellence.
  • Parents must send a written request two days in advance for any certificate to be issued by the school office. The request must include all details of the addressee.
  • Students are expected to maintain a record of 90% attendance. 100% attendance is awarded recognition.

CAMPUS DISCIPLINE

The school expects strict adherence to the following from the student.
  • The students shall be in the school premises sharply by 8.45 a.m. every day.
  • Shall not chew gum in school premises or in the school bus.
  • Shall be well groomed and come to the school in full and neat uniform. Application of any form of facial makeup, nail polish, mehendi, color clips, hair bands and flowers is not allowed. Fancy hairstyles, hair color, colored contact lenses are not permitted.
  • Students shall move silently to and from the assembly and while moving in and out of the class rooms in an orderly manner without causing disturbance to the other classes irrespective of the teacher’s presence.
  • Students are not allowed to carry cell phones or other gadgets to school. If found they will be confiscated and returned to their parents only at the end of the academic year.
  • Students must take care of the school property with care. Cost of any damage or breakage by the students will be recovered at the end of each semester without which hall tickets for the term exams will not be issued.
  • Shall maintain attendance and produce medical certificate for absence exceeding 3 days.
  • Absence or Leave to be taken with prior, permission along with leave note in their HW diary.
  • Shall seek permission in advance for an absence of more than two days.
  • Shall not shout, speak loudly or whistle in the school premises.
